Comedian/author/man-of-note, Charles Demers, is writing a comedy for the James Dean’s of the Vancouver theatre world, Main Street Theatre. Hyperbole is justified.
Hip.Bang! are an improv duo from the 1940′s. They are now very very old but as funny as ever.
Made up of Tom “Donnie” Hill and Devin “Rollie” Mackenzie, Hip.Bang! has delighted audiences across North America for close to 70 years. From their days as Victoria’s ‘Pick of the Fringe’ in 1948 to their legendary New York City boxcar performances of the early ’50s, this charming improv always brings their trademark blend of honest storytelling, raw comedic spirit and extremely wrinkled faces.

Canned goods lobbyist Katie-Ellen Humphries regularly makes the fresh produce lobby look like a bunch of compost-touching layabouts.
Katie-Ellen Humphries is a stand up comedian with a knack for pointing out the absurdity of things like using the word “knack.” A known proponent of funniness and one of the most accomplished comedians in Vancouver-ton, Katie-Ellen crafts jokes that are both incisive and relentlessly playful.

GIANTS V: MURDER BY DEATH star Caitlin Howden has just the thing to get you through those long stretches when the kids are at school, the roast is in the oven and “wine hour” hasn’t yet arrived.
